"I believe it was during our show in Boston that Arash told me he misses playing a Fender Stratocaster™ , but not just any Stratocaster™ , what he wanted was a custom one tailored to his preferences.
As soon as I got back to Toronto, I started the process of building the Kamal-o-caster which took almost 6 months to complete. The beautiful graphics on the body were designed by Pendar Yousefi (www.legofish.com) and were masterfully implemented on the guitar by Brian Stevense . I used an alder body and a 9.5 “V” type all maple neck with 22 vintage frets , Fender™ SCN Noiseless Pickups and a vintage blocked Fender™ bridge . This guitar is equipped with an active mid boost preamp that boosts up the mid frequencies up to 25 db . It has a TBX tone control that cuts either treble or bass instead of the standard style that attenuates treble only. Looks nice?! It also sounds amazing .
